Because Flintts Mints are consumable goods, we can only accept returns for unopened products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Eligible Issues
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- A sealed product has a clear manufacturing defect.
How To Request Help
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, phone number, order items, and clear photos of the package or product issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened tins, used items, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Resolution
When a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability and payment method.
